5. SMS/Text Messaging Privacy & Consent This section applies to text messages (SMS and MMS) sent by or on behalf of Doral Tax & Accounting.

5.4 Mobile information sharing — our commitment No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services necessary to deliver messages to you. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. Any categories of information sharing described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing purposes under any circumstances.
5.5 Carriers Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and network availability.
6. How We Share Information We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only in the following limited circumstances: Service providers. 10. Your Privacy Rights and Choices Text messages. Opt out at any time by replying STOP (see Section 5.3). Marketing emails. Unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email, or by contacting us. Phone calls. Ask to be placed on our internal do-not-call list at any time during a call or by contacting us. Access, correction, and deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and professional recordkeeping obligations. We will respond to verifiable requests within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws. To exercise any right, contact us using the details in Section 13. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
11. Children's Privacy Our Site and services are directed to businesses and business professionals and are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
